Sacred Ceremony is NATURA’s ceremonial work in Aruba, a journey of intention and ancestral wisdom that includes cacao and ecstatic-dance ceremonies and women’s circles, customized for each group’s intention.

Why ritual
Long before calendars and wellness apps, human beings were already creating rituals. Ritual is born from a deeply human need: to stop, to give meaning to what we are living, and to consciously mark a before and an after.
A ritual does not have to be complicated. Its power is in the intention and the presence with which we live it.
What happens
We gather in a circle. Depending on the intention there can be cacao taken consciously, ecstatic dance, movement, journaling, sound healing and sahumerio, the cleansing with smoke.
And then, together, we plant a seed of intention.
Women’s circles
I hold women’s circles around moments such as Portal 11:11 and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8. A space to open the heart, listen inward and remember the power of our own intentions.
